Fazendo uma Lâmpada de Led


Quem nunca teve em casa uma lâmpada de filamento queimada? Esse tipo de lâmpada realmente queima com muita facilidade e sempre terminamos a  jogando fora, porque realmente o resto não serve mais para nada. Bem, agora você poderá mudar sua opinião sobre isso. Que tal pegar aquela lâmpada queimada e fazer outra, só que de led?


Material necessário:
- lampada queimada
- 3 leds
- diodo 1N4007
- resistor de 10K 1/2W
- capacitor de 100uf
- ferro de solda e solda
- cola quente
- silicone (opcional)






 
Solte a parte de metal da lâmpada segurando firme e movendo para um lado e para o outro até ir soltando aos poucos. Com um pano e um alicate, quebre a ponta de vidro que fica para fora da lâmpada. Com um alicate de bico quebre a parte central de vidro da lâmpada. Retire todo vidro e deixe a parte central vazia.



Pegue os 3 leds e cole um no outro, com cola quente e solde eles em série deixando apenas duas pontas (positivo e neutro). Solde um fio na parte central da base da lâmpada e solde em seguida o resistor, o diodo  e o lado positivo do led. A outra ponta do led solde na base da lâmpada (na parte lateral).
Eu coloquei um pouco de silicone dentro da lâmpada para que a luz ficasse mais difusa. Mas você pode lixar o os leds para isso ou usar uma lâmpada que o vidro seja branco.

Nas fotos você podem ver que usei uma base de lâmpada de  fluorescente, mas dá pra usar uma base normal. Coloquei também o ferro de um clipe como apoio para fazer com que os leds fiquem exatamente no centro da lâmpada. Cole o vidro da lâmpada a base com cola quente (ou se preferir você pode usar uma fita adesiva dupla face.

  3. Muito legal, já estou revivendo as antigas lámpadas que iam parar no lixo e assim poluindo o planeta. Você teria uma projeto para uma quantidade maior de leds tipo 20 por exemplo, e também se existe um projeto para lâmpada de freio e setas de carros e motos.
